On April 30, 2013, Dave testified before 6 former members of Congress at a hearing in Washington DC. The hearing, a Citizens Hearing on Disclosure (CHD), took place at the National Press Club and was intended to inform Congress and the mainline press on the Truth regarding the UFO Question.
